Give to Others
According to The Mental Health Foundation:
People who are kind and compassionate see clear benefits to their wellbeing and happiness. They may even live longer. Kindness can also help reduce stress and improve our emotional wellbeing.
The good news is that helping others to help ourselves doesn’t need to be time consuming or difficult. Here’s some ideas to get the whole family started:
Make a Happy Spring or Happy Easter card with the children to send to someone you miss. Here are some great ideas for crafty cards.

Make a little Spring garden or plant pot display for your front garden to brighten your neighbours’ daily walks. If you make a Bug Hotel you can even be kind to the local wildlife! The Gardeners World website has some great ideas here:

Families love finding painted rocks with positive messages on whilst out and about. Make salt dough Easter eggs or Easter themed animals to decorate and leave for others to find on your daily walks.
