We are so excited to have been awarded part of the NHS Charities Together funding, this is allowing Home-Start Kernow to support many more families across Cornwall, building community connections, peer-support networks and reducing isolation.
This funding is also enabling HSK to work closely with the Specialist Parenting Service to provide groups and home visiting support to families with a parent with a learning disability. You can find out more about their work here: https://www.cornwallft.nhs.uk/specialist-parenting
