- Get sponsored for your first ever cold water swim. (Safely)
- Turn your exercise into donations! Make a donation by doing any exercise you enjoy. Run, yoga session, cycle, the choice is yours!
- Family Star Jumps…the more the better…count and donate!
- Head shave? It doesn’t have to be extreme! Family and friends will sponsor you!
- Teach young children about caring for wildlife. Plant a blossom tree/rose/flowering shrub and make a donation to us. Let them watch it grow and flower. Kids love observing bees and butterflies doing their thing!
- Kids love joining in…how about having a few of their friends together…run a backwards race around your garden, park or beach and get sponsorship per lap. You can even have a picnic at the same time. Great fun!
- Skipathon…get your rope out and get sponsored. Whether it’s donations for how long you can skip for or how many rope tricks you can do…a great fundraising idea for the experienced rope jumper!
- Are you part of a group or gym? Why not organise an event and include everyone to join in the fun!
- Cupboards and loft cluttered? There’s nothing like a clear out to help make you feel good. Sell unwanted stuff on Marketplace/ebay or through a car boot sale.
- Everyone (well most people) love a cake…lemon drizzle goes down a treat, or is chocolate your favourite? If you love baking then your friends and family are very lucky! Set up an event page on our Cascade of Kindness link (above) tell the people you know about it, make, bake & donate!
