We’re super excited to announce funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, supporting Home-Start Kernow with just over £495k over 5 years. This will fund our Early Connections Project, supporting families antenatally and continuing this support until babies are at least 12 weeks, working closely with colleagues from the WREN team at Royal Cornwall Hospital Treliske.
